Please find below general information regarding our training sessions. Training times may change from one week to another. This applies particularly to the bike sessions according to weather conditions.
No training is held during school holidays.
Training program is currently maintained via a private Club page in the app WIX (Fit by Wix). You’ll find there all upcoming trainings incl. necessary information.
The participation is possible upon a previous reservation. Please contact us for the inscription code if you want to try a training session.
ALL levels of athletes are welcome to our training!
Swim sessions
Every Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday at Batty Weber School – Limpertsberg/Luxembourg. Training goes from 6 a.m. till 7.30 a.m.
If possible, you should bring your pull buoy, paddles and fins.
Running sessions
Meeting point: Stade Josy Barthel
Wednesday evening from 7.30 p.m. till 9 p.m. The warm up is done outside the running track, the training itself starts at 8 p.m.
During the winter months the start of the session might be pushed forward to 7 p.m.
Different sessions/groups are formed according to training goals (olympic distance/long distance), personal fitness and running pace.
Changing rooms and showers are available.
Bike sessions
Saturday and Sunday, meeting point is usually at 9 or 9.30 a.m. at the Britannia pub (Neudorf/Clausen). Generally 2-3 hours rides, AVG – speed 23-26, resp. 27-30 km/h. Usually two groups are formed allowing to train according to your own capabilities.
STRENGTH AND BALANCE TRAINING
Strength and balance training, which will increase the ability of your bones, ligaments, tendons and muscles to withstand the impact of running, prevent injuries and improve your performance.
When: every Thursday
6 p.m. – 6.30 p.m.: warm-up + mobility or running technics
6.30 p.m. – 8 p.m.: strength and balance training, incl. stretchingWhere: gym at École Centrale de Clausen, access via the bridge from Allée Pierre de Mansfeld
