Please find below general information regarding our training sessions. Training times may change from one week to another. This applies particularly to the bike sessions according to weather conditions.

Training program is maintained via the App web4trainer. Last minute changes to the training program are communicated by email.

Swim sessions


Every Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday at Batty Weber School – Limpertsberg/Luxembourg. Training goes from 5.50 a.m. to around 7.15 a.m. No training is held during school holidays.

If possible, you should bring your pull buoy, paddles and fins.

Running sessions


Wednesday evening 6.30 p.m., meeting at the INS running track. Most training sessions are held on the track. Different sessions/groups are formed according to training goals (olympic distance/long distance), personal fitness and running speed.


Changing rooms and showers are available.

Bike sessions


Saturday and Sunday, meeting point is 9.30 a.m. at the Britannia pub (Neudorf/Clausen). Generally 2-3 hours rides, AVG – speed 23-26, resp. 27-30 km/h. Usually two groups are formed allowing to train according to your own capabilities.
