Please find below general information regarding our training sessions. Training times may change from one week to another. This applies particularly to the bike sessions according to weather conditions.
Training program is currently maintained via a private Club page on Strava. You’ll find there all trainings organized and accompanied by a coach.

ALL levels of athletes are welcome to our training!
Every Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday at Batty Weber School – Limpertsberg/Luxembourg. Training goes from 5.50 a.m. to around 7.15 a.m. No training is held during school holidays.
If possible, you should bring your pull buoy, paddles and fins.
Wednesday evening from 7.30 p.m. till 9 p.m., meeting at the Stade Josy Barthel running track. The warm up is done outside the running track, the training itself starts at 8 p.m.
Different sessions/groups are formed according to training goals (olympic distance/long distance), personal fitness and running speed.
Changing rooms and showers are available.
Saturday and Sunday, meeting point is 9.30 a.m. at the Britannia pub (Neudorf/Clausen). Generally 2-3 hours rides, AVG – speed 23-26, resp. 27-30 km/h. Usually two groups are formed allowing to train according to your own capabilities.
STRENTH AND BALANCE TRAINING
Strength and balance training, which will increase the ability of your bones, ligaments, tendons and muscles to withstand the impact of running, prevent injuries and improve your performance.
When: every Thursday
18 – 18.30: warm-up + running technics
18.30 – 19.30: strength and balance training, incl. stretching
Where: gym at École Centrale de Clausen, access via the bridge from Allée Pierre de Mansfeld
